Getting To Your Luxury Experience
We recommend booking your flights as soon as you can to have that out of the way. You can book multiple direct flights nonstop!
There are multiple airlines that fly into San Juan and Martha's Vineyard, so feel free to book at your leisure. If you'd like to uplevel your experience and opt for our Travel Concierge Service to handle booking the flights for you.

How do you handle deposits and fees?All deposits and fees paid for the Chosen Luxury Experience are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, all deposits and fees are transferable to another Chosen Luxury Experience event of equal or lesser value within 12 months of the original booking date.

Can I change my booking?Any request to transfer your deposit or fees must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled event or service. Please note that transfers are subject to availability and approval

What are the payment terms for the Chosen Luxury ExperienceFull payment must be received by the stated due date to secure your spot. Late payments may result in forfeiture of your deposit and reserved spot.

What is your cancellation policy?In the event of cancellation by the participant, no refunds will be provided. If the event is canceled by Chosen Luxury Experience for unforeseen reasons, deposits and fees will be credited toward a future event or service.

Is there a non-compliance policy?Participants are expected to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined by Chosen Luxury Experience. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of deposits and fees. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. For further questions or assistance, please contact us directly.

What payment methods are accepted?We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during registration.

Are payment plans available?Yes, payment plans can be arranged. Contact our team for details on setting up a plan that works for you.

What should I pack for the experience?Pack versatile outfits suitable for both formal and casual events. Comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, and evening attire may also be needed. A full packing guide will be shared upon registration.

Are there any specific clothing or accessories required?Yes, for formal dinners or special events, formalwear is recommended. We also suggest packing layers for varying weather conditions. Travel Insurance

Is travel insurance required or recommended?While not required, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or delays. We recommend utilizing the insurance provider when booking flights to cover flights. Insurance for accommodations, event transportation, and activities is provided by Chosen Luxury Experience group event reservation. No cancelations or transfers for these services are permitted.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?We recommend to arrive at least one day before the first scheduled event and depart no earlier than the day after the final activity. Detailed itineraries with exact times will be provided closer to the event.

Are there specific check-in and check-out times?Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on arrival day, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on departure day.

Will transportation be provided to the venue?Yes, shuttle service from the nearest airport/train station to the venue will be available. Transportation details will be shared after registration.

Should I rent a car or arrange my own transportation?It is not necessary unless you prefer extra flexibility for exploring the area. All primary activities include arranged transportation.

Is the venue accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?Yes, the venue is fully accessible. Please notify us of any special requirements when registering so we can accommodate your needs.

Are passports, visas, or other documentation required?For international participants, a valid passport and potentially a visa may be required. Please check your country’s travel requirements.

Will there be a dedicated on-site coordinator?Yes, our dedicated team will be available during the experience to assist with any needs. There will be a WhatsApp group chat with the group for contact as well.

What safety measures are in place during the experience?We prioritize your safety with secure accommodations, staff trained in first aid, and detailed emergency plans.

What is the expected weather during the experience?Typical weather during the experience is nice, mild NE coastal weather. A detailed weather guide will be shared closer to the event.

Should I bring any specific gear?Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are recommended for daytime activities. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case of rain. Plus, if you're a traveler or not, choose to bring things that make you comfortable when you're away from home.

Are meals and accommodations included in the package?Some, the package includes luxury accommodations, activities, some meals, snacks and beverages during activities. Accommodations are set according to double or single occupancy.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Are there areas with limited connectivity?Some outdoor activities may have limited connectivity. You’ll be notified in advance if this applies.

Are there any optional excursions or activities?Yes, optional excursions will be offered for an additional fee. A list of activities and booking options will be shared in advance.
